If you’re a fan of French fries, then these Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are the recipe for you! Topped with loads of cheese and fresh parsley, you’ll be dipping it in all of your favorite seasonings all year round. Better yet, they are healthy.

Baked until crispy so you don’t feel guilty about eating the whole batch, these simple French fries are tossed in olive oil and flipped halfway through to get that lovely golden color. To set it apart from the classics, it’s also mixed with garlic powder, thyme, and fresh garlic for an incredible flavour.

*Ingredients (Serving 6)

°3 large russet potatoes
°3 tbsp. olive oil
°1 c. Italian seasoning
°2 tbsp. chopped garlic
°1 tbsp. parsley chips
°A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese
°A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese
°Salt and pepper to taste

*How to bake garlic parmesan fries

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into long, thin French fries.
Combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste in a large mixing bowl, tossing the fries evenly.
Spread the fries in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stopping to turn and turning the fries halfway through cooking.
Sprinkle the fries with the parsley flakes and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, until cooked to your liking.
