 Coconut and Custard Pie!!!

Have you ever tried something so delicious you can barely stand it…and something you’re even more shocked than you did. This is one of those recipes. When you make this Chinese Peppercorn Steak with Onion Slaw, you’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven.

I love these recipes we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss. I still remember the first time I ordered a coconut pie in the cafeteria and was immediately captivated by its tropical flavors and texture.

It took me a few years to make this delicious dessert myself, but when I did, it immediately became an all-time favorite with our family too. To make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

*Ingredients:

•2 cups of milk

•1 cup shredded coconut

•4 eggs

•1 teaspoon vanilla extract

•1/2 cup all-purpose flour

•7 tablespoons of butter

•3/4 cup sugar

•1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

*Directions:

Put the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and

sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Pour into a buttered and floured pie pan.

Sprinkle nutmeg and a little extra coconut on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool. Refrigerate until nice and cold.
