*ingredients :

° 2-pound sirloin steak (3/4 thick)

° 1 tablespoon brown sugar

° 1 m salt

° 12 teaspoon onion powder

° 2 c. Black pepper

° 1 m of sweet pepper

° 1/2 c. Turmeric (English term turmeric)

1 ° C. chili powder (chili powder)

° 1/2 c. garlic powder

° 1/2 c. garlic salt

° 1/2 c. Corn Starch

*Methods  :

Put all ingredients in an airtight bag. Close tightly

Mix all ingredients in a bag and shake.

Then generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture over each steak (on each side).

Leaving steak with the seasoning for at least 40 mn

Preheat grill to 400 degrees

Spray or wipe grill grates with oil. You can use vegetable oil, olive oil, or canola oil.

Place the steaks on the BBQ once they reach the temperature and cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on how you prefer them.

Turn the steak over and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes, depending on how you like it.

Then removing steaks from grill also let them rest for at least 5 mn before cutting or serve .
