American goulash is probably the best comfort food ever. It’s basically just macaroni and cheese dude, and delicious! Made with plenty of beef to keep you full and grated cheddar cheese to keep you coming back, this goulash recipe is just as delicious.

Doing it in the slow cooker makes this recipe even more perfect! Just put the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it do all the work for you. When it’s slow-cooked, not only is it easier on you, but it gives all of the bold flavors a chance to really mix. It is really appetizing!

*ingredients:

°2 lbs minced meat

°1/2 onion cut into cubes

°1 green capsicum cut into cubes

°1 red capsicum cut into cubes

°1 c. chopped garlic

°1 c. salt

°1 c. Pepper

°2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

°2 cans 14.5 ounces tomato sauce

°2 cans of chopped tomatoes, 14.5 g

°2 cups beef broth

°1 box of dry, uncooked pasta

°1 cup frozen peas

*How to make slow cooker goulash recipe:

In  skillet on medium heat, cook ground beef to brown.

Add onions and peppers and cook until soft.

Adding meat mix to a 6-quart slow cooker.

Adding paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, also broth.

stir until combined.

Cover also cook over high heat for 3.5 hours.

Cooking pasta for an hour before serve it, as the box also tells you.

30 mn before serving, add pasta and peas.

Cover & let stand.
