Ermine frosting is a classic, old-fashioned frosting that is made with cooked flour, butter, and sugar. It is a light, fluffy frosting that is perfect for topping cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts. It is a great alternative to buttercream frosting, and it is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. It’s so decadent that sometimes it’s referred to as $300 icing or $300 frosting.
I first tasted ermine frosting when I was a child. My grandmother used to make it for us, and I remember how light and fluffy it was. It was like a cloud of sweetness that melted in my mouth. I was so impressed with the flavor and texture that I have been making it ever since.

Ermine frosting is a great way to top cakes and cupcakes. It is not as sweet as buttercream frosting, but it still has a great flavor. It is also easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. So, if you are looking for a delicious frosting that is sure to please, try making ermine frosting.
